Okay, I know I just published a riff talking about further analysis to get yourself out of paralysis. However, I have to add that I’m reading a book called Blink, by Malcolm Gladwell. What an amazing read.

In it, he points out that sometimes too much info is the problem. We can often do better with less information if it’s the right info. You can learn to trust your gut, and even get it to work better. What a cool concept. He makes reference to music in one spot and it powerfully illustrates his point. What makes a great musician great is the fact that they’re not consciously thinking about what they’re playing, they’re simply creating from the gut. Their subconscious is leading the way and they’re trusting it implicitly.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could trust that part of you all the time? Hmmmnnn.
